Nah, as bullish on oil as I can be, we won't run out of it. Nor Europe, nor Japan. Southern countries are the ones who will experience shortages but nobody cares about them. But either way, price will be high. Nobody experienced oil shortage in 2007-2008. All it needs to be the spark are high prices. And high prices are inevitable. If not crude, then gas/diesel, which is what matters anyway.
