This. You accrue assets and the only way to use the assets is to sell the business. So you build and accrue, but you can't live in a warehouse or vacation in your office. So you can only enjoy it BY SELLING OUT. Not even a good deal if you have ideals. Almost all my assets benefit the employees more than me. I'd be fine without a warehouse, they'd have no job. But again, the warehouse does absolutely nothing for my day to day life unless I sell it.
