MAIN looks a bit better but you have to look at its base dividend yield which most websites don't show which is about 5.75% They show the combined divy with the special dividends. Which is temporarily with rates being high. BDC's act as reverse reits where when rates increase they pay out more since they use floating point loans. While reits have to refinance their debt to be more expensive So they are about even with yield and growth.
