I can't. In local business, goods are given on trust and invoices, not formal real estate mortgage contracts. They were small retail shop owners, and their family houses are registered under their parents or wives, making it legally impossible to touch them. They have absolutely nothing left either. I am the one who formally used my own house as collateral to cover the gap with private lenders, which is why only my roof is in danger now.
