I also do the same thing. Luckily, I was able to "trick" my brain into focusing on themes when it comes to investing, instead of individual stocks. So, instead of looking at every specific tech stock, I wouod just buy a tech fund, or energy fund, etc. Then I setup DCA so I don't have to constantly micromanage it. As for the other stuff.
