Binary thinking like this is an indication of low IQ. It's not like either someone is a completely fair and independent trader or they own the majority of the asset and can control every movement. Look up what insider trading is, and read his last financial disclosure. He's made, what, more than 600k individual trades last year? Most of them is stuff he has advance insider information on, or right before he makes an announcement that will move the markets.
