I had the Samsung Galaxy 8 for a while and it was honestly a cool phone. Little heavy on bloatware, but my biggest gripe with it was it was too big to comfortably hold in my hand and extra delecate because the screen wrapped around the edge. You don't want something you need to have on you at all times and pull out multiple times throughout the day being something delicate or awkward to hold.

I can't speak to their revenue in your state but I can say that breaking $5 mm would make them a very large small business and put them over a couple different tax thresholds in addition to sales tax.
