Thanks. I agree. I've been in crypto 5 years and I can tell you it's been the biggest waste of 5 years investing. I would have been better off buying the S&P 500. Bitcoin is not worth buying anymore. The time to make gains on it have passed. Stocks, metals and commodities have all outperformed BTC in the last 5 years. They will continue to do so.

First of all I wouldn't bother if your current wallet doesn't let you set a timelock unless you have a hardware wallet. sparrowwallet and electrum have this option but importing your seed into a new wallet for a 1% dividend is not something I would do. you create a new seed for your fork coins, with whatever bitcoin wallet you want, that you later import into their wallet software.
